Barcelona coach Luis Enrique believes “another special evening” is on the cards as his side prepare for a second Champions League comeback.
Barca, who beat Paris St-Germain 6-1 in the last round after being 4-0 down, need another Nou Camp fightback after losing 3-0 to Juventus last week.
He said: “We have to create a collective crazy atmosphere.
“The key will be to clinical in front of goal. Our goal is to score five goals.”
Barca made Champions League history last month by becoming the first team to overturn a 4-0 first-leg deficit, reaching the quarter-finals for the 10th successive season.
But they made another shocking start in Turin last week as Paulo Dybala scored twice to put Juventus firmly in control.
“Those who experienced the night against PSG at Camp Nou will have another chance to enjoy a historic evening,” Enrique said.
“Many results at home and the recent comeback against PSG are statistics that invite optimism.
“If we score the first goal, Camp Nou will get the second and the third will come by itself.”
Javier Mascherano (calf), Arda Turan (groin) and Jeremy Mathieu (ankle) are all fit to return while Sergio Busquets is available after missing the first leg through suspension.
Juve’s former Barca right-back Dani Alves said his side’s chances of reaching the last four “are 60%”, while manager Massimiliano Allegri believes the Italians will need an away goal.
He said: “We need to keep our heads and find a way to score at least once.
“We have huge respect for Barcelona and we know that we will need to play even better again to go through.”
